Childhood doesn’t wait

The first five years shape a lifetime

The first five years move quickly, but their impact lasts a lifetime. How can you make the most of this critical window? During this formative window, children build the foundation for learning, confidence, and emotional well-being. That's why finding care that truly honors this critical stage, a place that feels not just safe, but like a nurturing second home, can feel overwhelming. Many parents know the struggle all too well.

Our founder, Tami Zuckerman, experienced it firsthand. As both an educator and a mother searching for the right care for her daughter, Addison, she saw the challenges up close: daycares overwhelmed by burnout and high staff turnover, breaking the bonds children need most. Classrooms where little ones were left crying, unattended, due to chronic understaffing.

Environments that felt cold and chaotic instead of warm, curious, and enriching. And outdoor spaces that were more like parking lots than playgrounds, offering none of the green, open space children need to run, play, and explore freely.

That desire to find a place where your child is truly understood: a warm, loving environment that nurtures their growth, encourages their curiosity, and challenges them to thrive? Tami knew it all too well.

The calm, nurturing space she imagined, one that embraced the whole child, simply didn’t exist. So, fueled by a mother’s love and a desire to create something different for her daughter and the community, she built it.

That’s the heart of The Little Campus.

When I searched for a place that truly honored my child’s potential, I couldn’t find it — so I built it.
At The Little Campus, care isn’t one-size-fits-all.
We create a second home where every child is seen, heard, and encouraged to grow, explore, and thrive in their own unique way

Nurturing the whole child: a foundation for lifelong growth

Children don’t learn in silos. Their emotions, relationships, bodies, and imaginations are all deeply connected to how they grow, explore, and understand the world. The Whole Child Approach recognizes this simple truth and puts it at the center of everything we do. By honoring the whole child, we help them build not just knowledge, but confidence, curiosity, resilience, and joy; the true foundation for a lifelong love of learning.

At The Little Campus, we take a personalized, nurturing approach that supports each child across five essential pillars of development

Beyond the curriculum

A place they love

It’s our core promise. Young children need comfort, attention, and consistent care, and we provide it. No child is ever left to “cry it out.” Our responsive approach builds trust and emotional security.

Tender loving care

Less like a facility, more like a second home. Bright, calm classrooms and expansive green spaces invite exploration and joy. Never overstimulation.

Respecting their journey

Every child develops at their own pace. Whether it’s walking, toilet independence, reading, or writing, we support natural milestones with patience, not pressure.

Experienced, loving educators

We invest in our team: qualified, caring educators whose strong bonds with children provide the stability and connection young learners need to thrive
