Since September 2021, there has been numerous ransomware attacks on various phone carriers. Hackers are trying to crash phone carriers' networks in order to extort money from them. This has resulted in occasional outages from many phone carriers, and malicious actors are constantly changing who they are targetting. This is an ungoing situation nobody has control over.
In order to ensure that you can always contact us, we are providing an additional phone number through a different provider. If you are unable to reach us through our main line, please use our backup number.
