We are excited to offer a comprehensive Junior Kindergarten and Senior Kindergarten program designed specifically for families who want more than a traditional school experience.
Our Kindergarten Academy combines the Ontario Kindergarten Curriculum with The Little Campus’ Whole Child Approach, giving children the academic foundation they need while continuing to nurture confidence, curiosity, creativity, kindness and a lifelong love of learning.

Our curriculum is designed by two experienced educators who have dedicated their careers to children’s learning, discovery and early literacy.
Founder & President
Prior to founding The Little Campus, Tami spent her career teaching Kindergarten and elementary school in Montreal.
She holds a Bachelor of Education from McGill University and specializes in Kindergarten education, early literacy and technology in the classroom. She will oversee the development of the program and curriculum.
Program Specialist
Ms. Julie is an Ontario Certified Teacher holding both a Bachelor of Education and a Bachelor of Science. She specializes in early literacy, science and inquiry-based learning, and currently leads our literacy and STEAM enrichment programs.
She will work alongside Tami to develop the Kindergarten curriculum while continuing in her specialist role, providing extra daily Literacy and STEAM enrichment to our Kindergarten students.
Together, Tami and Ms. Julie are creating a strong, developmentally appropriate Kindergarten program that combines academic excellence with the warmth and individualized care that defines The Little Campus.
Students will have their own dedicated classroom educators, complemented by specialist programming in Literacy, STEAM, Physical Education and Music.
Our Kindergarten students will receive a comprehensive education built around Ontario’s Ministry of Education Kindergarten curriculum, including the strengthened 2026 expectations emphasizing evidence-based literacy instruction, mathematics, science and technology, while maintaining play- and inquiry-based learning.
Unlike a traditional school day, students will also enjoy the signature enrichment experiences that have become part of everyday life at The Little Campus.

The Ministry of Education minimum educator to student ratio is 1:13, with a maximum class size of 32. That is the floor. We build well above it.
During curriculum instruction, The Little Campus commits to at least one educator for every eight children, in classes of no more than 24. The difference between those numbers and the minimum is the difference between a child being supervised and a child being known, supported and challenged.

Everything on this page is included. No before- or after-school fees, no lunch fees and no camp fees.
Enrollment covers the full September 2027 to August 2028 year. We plan staffing and classrooms around committed enrollment, so we require families to commit for the full term.
Payment options
The Kindergarten Academy proceeds once 15 families have committed and the Ontario Ministry of Education approves the program. A holding fee reserves your child’s place. If the program does not proceed, a full refund will be issued.
